Body Symptoms - The Great Teachers

A four day training
Dr Susan Hatch
D.Min. MPW.Dip.Process-Oriented Psych. Grad. Dip.Couns. Grad.Dip.Nutr&Diet. BSc.(Psych.)

An invaluable training for health practitioners including traditional, alternative
and allied health professionals, therapists, students and anyone with an interest in
understanding their own body symptoms.

The Trainer:

Dr Susan Hatch is a psychotherapist, coach and trainer who works in private practice on the Gold Coast. She supervises health practitioners from a variety of disciplines and settings, and offers group supervision and  organisational change consultancy to a number of government and non-government groups.

An internationally certified Process-Oriented Psychotherapist and a founding member of Australia New Zealand Process Oriented Psychology, she has been training people in Process Work since 1990.

Susan is an engaging, dynamic and powerful trainer who is able to deliver skills, theory, supervision and awareness in a way that is accessible and supportive of the learner’s own wisdom and development.

Of Process-oriented Symptom work, she says;
“Before studying Process-Oriented Psychology, I was a Dietitian-Nutritionist, and realised that causal
explanations and remedies, though important, fail to hit the mark somehow. I intuitively sensed there was a deeper process going on under the surface of the presenting
issues, illnesses and symptoms of my clients, but I did not know how to reach it. Training and experience,
over the past 21 years, in process oriented symptom work has shown me how. I am passionate about working with body symptoms because they are a reliable doorway into the consistent, related, wise and steady pattern that connects all of our inner and outer experiences in a meaningful way.”
Learn to unlock the wisdom within body symptoms
The profound experiences and processes that emerge from within illness and body symptoms are the exact things we need more of in our relationships, our creative life, and our work with others.
They are the very things that have been represented recently in our night-time dreams and in our most difficult daytime troubles.
This approach is a sound, empirically developed, reliable, simple, and accessible way to discover the process deep within even the simplest of body disturbances . Furthermore becoming aware of the process must
inform and lead all other possible interventions - allopathic (including medication), homeopathic, naturopathic, chiropractic, acupuncture and counseling; lifestyle or otherwise - if they are to succeed in bringing wholeness and healing.
This seminar involves theoretical and practical learning. Participants will, by the end of the workshop, be able to confidently assist clients to unfold body symptoms using Process-Oriented Psychology.
Working with body symptoms is also perhaps the easiest way to learn the basic paradigm and tools of Process-Oriented Psychology; a cutting edge, powerful and effective approach to human experience based in Jungian Psychology, Taoism and Quantum Physics.

The workshop will be held at Susan’s Training Rooms in Nerang, Queensland. The closest airport is Gold Coast (Coolangatta), 30 kms away.
