Process Oriented Psychology, also known as Process Work, is a radically effective method for following nature and giving birth to the new experiences and information that are trying to come forward from within our everyday discomforts, troubles, dreams, symptoms and joys.

It began as a therapeutic model based in Jungian Psychology, Taoism, Shamanism and Quantum Physics and has now broadened into a way of being with and working with the whole spectrum of human and community experience. The process-oriented therapist, facilitator or creative artist believes that whatever is happening in each moment is somehow right and must be encouraged so that it can speak its message fully and reveal its own wisdom thus enriching our lives and communities.
